My experience with Kama'aina Mortgage Group and working with Brian Bender was by far the smoothest, most time efficient Refinancing I have ever gone through. Brian was super patient and got me the rate I wanted even though that rate seemed unrealistic at the time and no points!!! Brian was incredibly knowledgeable about the mortgage business and he was so patient in answering all my questions in easy to understand language. Most of all Brian did not pressure me with phone calls saying “you better lock in today or else” instead he simply called me immediately when the rate dropped to where I had wanted it! It was a great pleasure to work with Brian and the entire Kama'aina Mortgage Group staff.  They give such personal and customized service, way beyond a typical bank or mortgage company. I will go back to Brian for any mortgages I need in the future and have already recommended him to two of my closest friends looking to refi. I highly recommend Brian and Kama'aina Mortgage Group!
