Needs List

  • Borrower information: Best way, date, and time to be reached.
  • Pay stubs: Most-recent 30-day period.
  • Employer information and HR contact number: Provide name, address, and phone number.
  • W-2’s: Most-recent two years.
  • Tax returns: Most-recent two years. Completed and signed tax returns, including all schedules, all attachments, and all pages. (Personal, business, and corporate returns, if applicable.)
  • Bank statements: Most-recent two months of statements for ALL accounts. Statements MUST include borrower’s name, institution name, account number, date, and current balance. This must include the account you will use for closing funds, if applicable. (MUST BE FULL STATEMENTS.)
  • Homeowner’s insurance for ALL properties you own: Provide a current copy of your Homeowner’s Policy or the Declaration Page.
  • Homeowner’s insurance for new/subject property: Name and contact number of your insurance agent.
  • Property tax bill for ALL properties you own: Most-recent property tax bill.
  • Mortgage statement for ALL properties you own: Most-recent mortgage statement.
  • Rental property: Copies of lease agreements and mortgage statements for ALL properties you are renting/leasing out.
  • Driver’s license: Provide photocopies for each borrower.
  • Child support and/or alimony: If you pay/receive child support or alimony, provide documentation for the amounts paid/received (i.e., divorce decree, separation agreement, court records, deposit slips, etc.).
  • Social Security Awards Benefits and Annuity: Most-recent two months of receipts of SSA benefits and annuity/award letters.
